Job summary

Alghanim Industries - Food and Beverage is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to manage orders, routing, returns, and cancellations while coordinating with Order Processing Agents, showroom storekeepers and laborers. This role serves as the main contact between customers and internal teams for order-related information.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Fluent in writing and communication.
• Good coordination and process handling skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to stretch limits.
• High school education; Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain distribution schedules to ensure fleet capacity utilization and delivery lead-time.
• Establish correspondence with customers via email to follow-up on orders and complaints.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfil orders, handle complaints and returns.
• Process deliveries, customer complaints, returns and order cancellations in multiple systems.
• Log information in systems with updates on orders, deliveries and returns.
• Prepare daily performance reports on orders dispatched, cancelled or pending.
• Print system documents related to each order and customer issues.
• Act as the contact point between customers and departments for order-related communications.
