Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–15 years IT experience in retail, eCommerce, FMCG, or logistics.
• Proven ERP, TMS and WMS experience (Oracle, SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
• At least one end-to-end WMS implementation (prefer SAP).
• Exposure to integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft) and data analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes: warehousing, logistics, replenishment, and planning.
• Experience managing multi-country or regional retail environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic IT liaison between Supply Chain and IT.
• Translate business strategies into IT initiatives and roadmaps.
• Lead ERP, WMS, OMS, ecommerce and logistics system initiatives.
• Oversee delivery management with architects, PMs, and AMS teams.
• Manage integrated supply chain systems and change readiness.
• Drive process optimization via automation, AI/ML forecasting, IoT.
• Establish KPIs and ensure IT governance and cybersecurity compliance.
