Responsibilities

• Support the Supervisor in system transactions and reports.
• Create and maintain stock-related reports using SAP databases.
• Coordinate with clearance team for advance shipping notifications.
• Receive and print Goods Receipt vouchers.
• Create and print put-away lists and outbound transfer orders.
• Clear inbound returns from customers and showrooms.
• Troubleshoot warehouse hardware and software issues.
• Assist in driver/job printouts and showrooms follow-up.
• Prepare distribution plans on product managers' requests.
• Generate monthly KPI reports for service standards.
