Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR, Learning & Development, Training, and department leaders.
- Arrange meetings and presentations with decision‑makers.
- Promote the organization’s training, consulting, and professional development services.
- Follow up leads, opportunities, and submitted proposals.
- Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, communications, meetings, and opportunities.
- Represent the organization professionally in meetings, networking events, and business discussions.
- Develop long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales, pipeline development, and business growth targets.
Additional Information
Work Arrangement
- Part‑Time (approximately 4 hours per day).
- Primarily office‑based with flexibility for client meetings and business visits.
- One remote working day may be permitted based on performance and business requirements.
- Potential for full‑time engagement based on results and business growth.
