Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Arabic Speaker to lead sales activities, develop business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships in Kuwait. The role requires local availability, a valid driving licence, and own car.

You will drive strategies, manage accounts, and report to management. The ideal candidate has Arabic fluency, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with commission

Qualifications

• Arabic speaker required.
• Relevant sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Must be a local candidate.
• Valid driving licence is required.
• Must have own car.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Target-driven, professional, and able to work independently.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Manage existing accounts and ensure regular follow-up to maintain client satisfaction.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations in a professional manner.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and related documentation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business growth.
• Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of products or services.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, site visits, and business events.
