Job summary

AAMC in Kuwait City is seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build a robust client pipeline and lead negotiations to close deals. You will present tailored proposals, manage accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet commitments.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in sales, a degree in Business/Marketing, fluent in Arabic and English, and are comfortable working on-site in Kuwait City to drive growth in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in sales and business development with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong skills in lead generation and finding new business.
• Strong account management skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Organized, client-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on-site in Kuwait City and knowledgeable about the local market.

Responsibilities

• Secure new clients and develop existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets set by management.
• Generate the minimum number of leads set by management and convert them to business.
• Prepare professional presentations and proposals tailored to each client.
• Negotiate terms and close deals.
• Follow up with clients quickly and professionally.
• Carry out regular field visits to ensure services meet agreed quality standards.
• Coordinate with Operations to deliver client contracts and support from Finance on payments.
• Maintain an updated list of current and potential clients.
• Submit a weekly activity report with the sales plan for next week.
• Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings and share market and competitor insights.
• Aim to achieve client satisfaction and sales targets set by the company.
