Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in outdoor or field sales, preferably in construction materials or related industries.
• Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide after-sales support.
• Basic business and market awareness, with skills in identifying opportunities, understanding competition, and working towards sales targets.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Valid Kuwait driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Shuwaikh and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to an outdoor, on-site work environment.
• Previous experience in trading, building materials, or FMCG sectors is beneficial.
• High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities, conduct site visits, prepare and deliver quotations, and follow up to close deals and achieve sales targets.
