Job summary

Al-Tuhoo General Trading & Contracting Co. in Kuwait is seeking a on-site Sales Representative based in Shuwaikh to build relationships with contractors, retailers, and distributors in construction materials and tea products.

You will identify new business opportunities, visit clients, present portfolios, prepare quotations, and negotiate sales agreements in line with company policy while coordinating with internal teams on inventory, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
Customer service and communication skills with clear verbal and written presentation.
Basic business and analytical skills: pricing, margins, and market trends.
Organizational and time management skills for planning client visits and managing pipelines.
Experience in construction materials, building supplies, or FMCG preferred.
Knowledge of Kuwait market and Shuwaikh area is an advantage.
MS Office and basic CRM tools proficiency.
On-site work with local travel and collaboration with diverse teams.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree an advantage.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are strongly encouraged.
