Hudson Manpower Inc. seeks a Commis III - Pastry & Bakery to join our hospitality teams in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. You will assist in pastry preparation, follow recipes, and support senior chefs to ensure high-quality bakery outputs.

Ideal candidates have basic pastry knowledge, understand hygiene and food safety, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation is provided under the employment contract.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and other bakery products as per the assigned section.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and preparation methods to ensure consistent quality.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food production.
• Prepare ingredients, measure quantities, and maintain proper storage of raw materials.
• Ensure all food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Maintain proper stock rotation and minimize food wastage.
• Ensure products are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow instructions from senior chefs and complete assigned duties efficiently.

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Commis III - Pastry & Bakery professionals to join our hospitality teams in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates should have basic to intermediate knowledge of pastry and bakery preparation, a passion for food production, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and other bakery products as per the assigned section.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and preparation methods to ensure consistent quality.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food production.
