Hudson Manpower Inc. seeks a Commis III – Pastry & Bakery to join its hospitality teams in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

The role requires basic to intermediate pastry knowledge, a passion for food production, and commitment to high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. The candidate will assist in preparing pastries and desserts, follow recipes, support senior chefs, and ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance.

Formación

• Relevant experience in a pastry or bakery kitchen preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pastry preparation and baking.
• Familiar with kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to learn under senior chefs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, desserts, breads and other bakery products.
• Follow recipes, portion standards and preparation methods for consistency.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and production.
• Prepare ingredients, measure quantities, and store raw materials properly.
• Ensure kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Maintain stock rotation and minimize food waste.
• Ensure products are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations.
• Follow instructions from senior chefs and complete duties efficiently.

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Commis III – Pastry & Bakery professionals to join our hospitality teams in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates should have basic to intermediate knowledge of pastry and bakery preparation, a passion for food production, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and other bakery products as per the assigned section.

• Follow recipes, portion standards, and preparation methods to ensure consistent quality.

• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food production.

• Prepare ingredients, measure quantities, and maintain proper storage of raw materials.

• Ensure all food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

• Maintain proper stock rotation and minimize food wastage.

• Ensure products are presented attractively and meet quality standards.

• Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow instructions from senior chefs and complete assigned duties efficiently.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience in a pastry or bakery kitchen is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, and dessert production.

• Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Salary & Benefits

Kuwait:

• Basic Salary: KWD 120 per month

• Food Allowance: KWD 25 per month

Saudi Arabia:

• Basic Salary: SAR 1,400 per month

• Food Allowance: SAR 400 per month
  

Accommodation and other benefits will be as per the employment contract.
