Job summary

Work corp in Kuwait is seeking a skilled Baker - Pastry Chef to lead pastry production at our Al-Kuwait bakery. You will prepare cakes, cookies, breads and more, while developing new recipes to meet customer demand and seasonal trends.

The role emphasizes maintaining quality, managing inventory, and training junior bakers in techniques and safety, with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef.
• Diploma/Certificate in Baking or Pastry Arts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to create unique pastry recipes while also following traditional methods.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• No English language proficiency is required.
