Job summary

We are seeking skilled Commis III Pastry & Bakery professionals to join our hospitality teams in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates should have basic to intermediate knowledge of pastry and bakery preparation, a passion for food production, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and presentation.

• Relevant experience in a pastry or bakery kitchen is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, and dessert production.
• Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, desserts, breads and other bakery products as per the assigned section.
• Follow recipes, portion standards and preparation methods to ensure consistent quality.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food production.
• Prepare ingredients, measure quantities and maintain proper storage of raw materials.
• Ensure all food preparation areas, equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Maintain proper stock rotation and minimize food wastage.
• Ensure products are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow instructions from senior chefs and complete assigned duties efficiently.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary KWD 120 per month
• Food Allowance KWD 25 per month
• Basic Salary SAR 1 400 per month
• Food Allowance SAR 400 per month
• Accommodation and other benefits will be as per the employment contract
