Job summary

United Real Estate Company (URC) in Kuwait City seeks a diligent Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, and provide accurate solutions to inquiries, concerns, and complaints while maintaining the company’s positive reputation.

The role requires bilingual English and Arabic communication, a High School or secretarial certification, and at least 1 year of call center experience.

Qualifications

• High School or secretarial certification is required.
• 1 year of experience as a Call Center Agent.
• Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Identify the needs of customers, provide accurate solutions, and give satisfactory answers to their queries, concerns, and complaints as soon as possible.
• Call URC customers and potential customers to inform them about new products, services, policies, etc.
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
• Document all customer interactions and tickets in the CRM system.
• Regularly review and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the call center supervisor and other agents to improve customer service.
• Follow the customer service script provided by the company.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.

• Collaborate with the call center supervisor and the other call center agents to improve the customer service.
• Ensure to follow the customers service script provided by the company.
