United Real Estate Company seeks a customer service focused Call Center Agent to ensure customers have access to information and assistance, helping maintain the company’s positive reputation.

The role requires bilingual abilities, strong English and Arabic language skills, and 1–2 years of call center experience, with duties including handling calls, resolving issues, and maintaining CRM records to support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bilingual candidate required.
• Strong English and Arabic written and spoken skills.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Call Center Agent.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Identify the needs of customers.
• Provide accurate solutions and satisfactory responses to queries, concerns and complaints promptly.
• Inform customers about new products, services and policies as needed.
• De-escalate dissatisfied customers with patient assistance and support.
• Document all customer interactions and tickets in the CRM system.
• Review and update customer information in the CRM system regularly.
• Collaborate with the call center supervisor and teammates to improve service quality.
• Follow the company's customer service script.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.

• Call URC customers and potential customers whenever needed to inform them about the company s new products services policies etc
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers offering patient assistance and support
• Document all customer interactions and tickets in the CRM system
• Regularly reviewing and updating the customers information in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the call center supervisor and the other call center agents to improve the customer service
• Ensure to follow the customers service script provided by the company
• Maintain strong customer relationships
