Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in investment operations or related back-office functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong understanding of investment operations and financial markets.
• Knowledge of financial instruments, securities and market benchmarks.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg/Reuters or similar platforms; advanced Excel; familiarity with Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain investment transactions, including trades, cash movements, dividends, and transfers.
• Review trade instructions and confirmations; validate details for timely settlement and updates.
• Perform reconciliations across custodians, brokers, and counterparties; resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor corporate actions; ensure timely updates and entitlements.
• Maintain organized records for audit, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Prepare operational, client, management and regulatory reports with data integrity.
