Job summary

Doha Bank in Kuwait City seeks a senior Corporate Banking specialist to drive revenue and market share growth across an assigned portfolio and new clients. You will expertly recommend banking, financial, and risk-related solutions to meet client needs while aligning with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

University degree in Business, Banking or Finance.
Master’s degree is a plus.
8–12 years in financial services/banking with corporate relationship management.
Strong understanding of local banking regulations and environment.

Responsibilities

Acquire new corporate banking clients and service existing ones to grow market share.
Manage wallet share across products and coordinate with TL/Section Head to increase client value.
Ensure KYC/AML compliance and timely credit reviews.
Prepare and review credit applications, translate financials into credit assessments for committees.
Cross-sell products including trade finance, cash management, structured finance, and treasury services.
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs.
