Job summary

HRInvest, a Kuwait-based financial services company delivering Sharia-compliant investment solutions, is seeking a seasoned Operations leader to oversee end-to-end investment and securities operations in Kuwait City.

You will lead and optimize processes across local and international markets, ensure regulatory and Shariah compliance, drive transformational initiatives, and strengthen risk management while guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client service and operational

Our client is a Kuwait-based financial services company offering investment solutions aligned with Sharia principles.

• Oversee end-to-end investment and securities operations, including trading support, settlement, reconciliation, and client servicing.
• Lead and optimize operational processes across local and international markets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, Shariah principles, and internal control standards.
• Drive operational readiness for new market initiatives and business expansion.
• Strengthen operational risk management, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage operational performance.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in investment operations, securities brokerage, or capital markets.
• Proven leadership experience managing complex investment or brokerage operations.
• Sound knowledge of trading platforms, settlement, reconciliation, and applicable financial regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in operational transformation, platform implementation, or market expansion.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
