Confidential, a financial services firm in Kuwait City, seeks a Customer Service Officer to support local and international clients, verify onboarding docs, and deliver premium service across phone, email, and in-person meetings.

You will open accounts for individuals and corporates, perform KYC checks, coordinate with internal teams, log actions, and maintain accurate client data with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• 1–3 years in a customer service, onboarding, or client operations role in financial services.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic communication.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts for Individual, Corporate, and Referral clients.
• Verify onboarding documentation and ensure accuracy of forms.
• Conduct welcome calls for new clients to ensure smooth orientation.
• Verify KYC documentation for local and international clients.
