Job summary

Aqglobal in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to run our automotive workshop independently, overseeing daily operations, team leadership, and high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in automotive workshops with 3–5 years in a supervisory role, strong diagnostic and mechanical knowledge, and fluency in English and Arabic. Visa transfer and Kuwaiti driving license are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in automotive workshop management
• Minimum 10 years experience in an automotive workshop, with 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical knowledge of diverse vehicle makes and models
• Fluency in English and Arabic; computer literate; MS Office knowledge

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily workshop activities independently to ensure smooth workflows and maximum productivity.
• Supervise, mentor, and assign tasks to mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
• Inspect diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to meet high-quality standards and safety regulations.
• Greet clients, diagnose vehicle issues, provide accurate repair estimates, and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Manage spare parts inventory, source components, and coordinate with local Kuwaiti suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, team performance, invoices, and workshop expenses.
