Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Hotel Staff Accommodation Supervisor to oversee daily operations of colleagues’ accommodation, ensuring spaces are clean, safe and aligned with hotel standards.

You will manage room allocations, check-ins/outs, and keep accurate occupancy records while coordinating maintenance with Engineering, Housekeeping and Security. A strong HR admin background and payroll familiarity will help you support confidentiality, timekeeping and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Ideally, a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in staff accommodation, HR administration, hotel operations or supervisory role.
• Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of timekeeping, attendance and payroll processes.
• Proficient computer skills: Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong communication across cultures and teams.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of colleagues’ accommodation, ensuring clean, safe, well maintained spaces aligned with hotel standards.
• Manage room allocations, check-ins/outs, and accommodation records with accurate occupancy data.
• Coordinate maintenance with Engineering, Housekeeping, Security and other departments.
• Maintain accommodation inventories and coordinate issue/replacement of items.
• Assist HR with filing and maintenance of colleague records and confidentiality.
• Support daily timekeeping and attendance; coordinate corrections with relevant departments.
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation and related data verification.
• Assist with routine HR administration and reporting.
• Support colleague engagement, wellbeing activities and communications.
• Promote respectful, inclusive living environments and confidentiality.
