Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking an A360 Performance Manager in Kuwait to lead the Service/Support Team, ensuring contract management, delivery and execution of Assurance A360 activities.

You will align operations with contract plans, drive growth initiatives and oversee major changes and migrations. The role requires strong leadership, extensive industrial experience, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or relevant job experience preferred.
• 5–10 years in an industrial environment.
• Need to be equipped with all IT remote connection communication tools.
• Work irregular hours to support global time differences and strategic planning.
• Off-shore visits might be required based on customer requirements.
• Demonstrated technical management and leadership abilities (conceptualise, develop and execute).
• Finance awareness: understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
• Experience in Service and Project Management methodologies.
• Knowledge of Business, Engineering, Field and Supply Chain principles.
• Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation (Norway and English).
• Familiarity with Honeywell service applications (CRM and SAP).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a multi-disciplined team across service, projects and support.
• Lead growth objectives by attracting, developing, rewarding and retaining key skills.
• Plan and forecast business performance and deploy growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and LOBs to drive orders and opportunities.
• Develop operational plans aligning CRM and SAP processes.
• Manage change requests and risk assessments for significant changes.
• Communicate with customers per contract plans and support incident resolution.
• Oversee upgrades, migrations and training needs to improve system performance.
