Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of progressive operational management experience in facility management or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary field teams.
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reporting and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
• Manage the daily functions of the business.
• Directly supervise, mentor, and evaluate Supervisors handling field teams.
• Set KPI targets and identify training needs across service departments.
• Coordinate with HR to recruit, onboard, and manage manpower allocation and scheduling.
• Oversee daily scheduling, route planning, job dispatching, and resource allocation.
• Ensure SOPs are standardized across all services and maintain QA frameworks.
• Manage budgets for field consumables, tools, and fleet maintenance.
• Track client feedback and CSAT scores; implement corrective actions.
