Circle Talent Associates is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager for a prestigious 5-Star luxury hotel in Kuwait. You will lead daily Italian fine dining operations, elevate guest engagement, and drive outlet profitability through exceptional service and cost control.

The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience in high-end hospitality, a passion for authentic Italian hospitality, and a proven ability to mentor a diverse F&B team while upholding strict HACCP standards and luxury

Qualifications

• Previous Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager experience in 4-5 star hotels.
• Strong background in high-volume premium or fine dining Italian concepts.
• Proven ability to mentor diverse F&B teams and manage shifts.
• Robust financial acumen including P&L oversight and labor cost control.
• Expertise in Italian culinary traditions, wine pairings, and guest relations.
• Excellent communication and crisis-management skills.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP and local health codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations and daily service to deliver world-class Italian hospitality.
• Drive profitability by controlling costs, inventory, and labor schedules.
• Recruit, train, and develop supervisors and staff to 5-star standards.
• Build relationships with regular guests and VIP patrons, handling feedback discreetly.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Beverage teams on seasonal menus and wine events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal hotel policies.
• Oversee floor inventory, POS operations, and equipment upkeep.
