You will lead a diverse culinary team, manage costs, and collaborate with Front Office and Marketing to deliver an unmatched guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership in a reputable 5-star hotel or restaurant group.
• Proven track record of innovative, high-quality menus and revenue generation.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse culinary team.
• In-depth knowledge of international cuisine and kitchen operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of culinary operation, including menu development, food prep, service, and staff management.
• Develop seasonal menus reflecting current culinary trends for international clientele.
• Ensure top standards of quality, presentation, and taste across all outlets.
• Coach and mentor chefs and kitchen staff; provide ongoing training.
