Qualifications

• Previous Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager experience in 4-5 star hotels.
• Strong background in high-volume premium or fine dining Italian concepts.
• Proven ability to mentor diverse F&B teams and manage shifts.
• Robust financial acumen including P&L oversight and labor cost control.
• Expertise in Italian culinary traditions, wine pairings, and guest relations.
• Excellent communication and crisis-management skills.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP and local health codes.

• Proven ability to direct, mentor, and motivate a diverse F&B team while maintaining smooth shift organization and peak service flow.
• Robust financial acumen, including P&L oversight, labor cost optimization, inventory management, and targeted revenue generation.
• In-depth expertise in Italian culinary traditions, wine pairings, fine dining etiquette, and high-net-worth guest relationship management.
• Superior communication, leadership, and crisis-management abilities in energetic dining spaces.
• Thorough understanding of HACCP standards, food safety management systems, and local municipal health codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire front-of-house operations, floor presence, and daily service to deliver genuine, world-class Italian hospitality.
• Drive venue profitability by controlling operating costs, monitoring inventory levels, managing labor schedules, and steering upselling efforts.
• Recruit, train, and develop supervisors, head waiters, and service staff to maintain 5-star standards and foster internal growth.
• Build deep relationships with regular guests, local food connoisseurs, and VIP patrons, resolving feedback quickly and discreetly.
• Partner closely with the Culinary and Beverage teams to design seasonal Italian menus, wine events, and promotional dining concepts.
• Ensure total operational compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP protocols, hygiene guidelines, and internal hotel policies.
• Manage floor inventory, POS operations, glassware, chinaware, and overall equipment upkeep to preserve luxury presentation.
