Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Kuwait City seeks an experienced restaurant leader to grow the dining business, optimize seating with OpenTable, and drive average guest spend while upholding luxury service standards.

As a local ambassador, you will collaborate with concierges, real estate partners and PR/Marketing to promote the restaurant, ensure flawless guest experiences, and guide the team toward strong financial performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience in fast-paced Food & Beverage.
• Experience with MICROS or other POS systems.
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Grow the restaurant business, by working with OpenTable to optimize seating capacity and increase the business volume.
• Drive the average check and food to beverage ratio to maximize average spend per guest.
• Be a local ambassador, connected with local concierges, real estate and transportation partners.
• Collaborate with PR/Marketing to promote the restaurant to influencers and hotel guests, including private dining events.
• Entertain influencers, journalists, and business promoters.
• Ensure guest service improvements and resolve issues to guest satisfaction both in-house and online.
