Job summary

South College is seeking a Resource Center Clerk for evenings and weekends to join the Resource Center/Library Department. The role focuses on providing library services, assisting users, and supporting everyday operations in a fast-paced academic environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving for library users.
Assist with maintenance and use of library collection, printers, computers, and laptops.
Provide circulation, interlibrary loan, and inter-campus loan services.
Collect and report library usage data monthly and as requested.
Supervise Federal Work Study to ensure coverage during all hours.
Issue college ID cards to faculty, staff, and students; maintain equipment and supplies.
