Job summary

FirstHealth of the Carolinas is seeking an internal RN staffing resource to support unplanned vacancies, leave coverage, and fluctuating patient census across its acute care locations.

FirstStaff RN Resources comprises two levels of clinical knowledge, and nurses will work across all acute care sites. A BSN within five years and an active NC RN license are required, along with BCLS/PALS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of current, full-time acute care nursing experience.
Current NC RN license is required.
Line-Safety certifications BCLS, PALS or ACLS or other applicable certifications required.
BSN degree must be completed within five years of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide an internal nursing resource for unplanned staffing needs across locations.
Support FirstStaff RN Resources with two levels of clinical knowledge across acute care sites.
