Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' full-time acute care experience required.
• Current NC RN license.
• Line‑Safety certifications in BCLS, PALS and/or ACLS or other applicable specialty area certifications required.
• BSN degree within five (5) years of employment date.

Responsibilities

• Provide an internal nursing resource for unplanned staffing needs due to vacancies, leave of absences, patient census, patient acuity and employee call-ins.
• Two levels of nursing resources will work across all acute care locations of FirstHealth.
