Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to prepare, analyze, and reconcile budgets and financial reports. The role will also develop and deploy SAP Business Intelligence capabilities across the organization.

The Senior Finance Analyst will support budgets for labor, overhead, capital, and inter‑company activities, monitor variances, generate ad hoc analyses, and contribute to balance sheets and P&L reporting. Strong SAP ECC and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with accounting systems and SAP ECC.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop budgets in support of labor, overhead, capital, headcount, sales, and inter‑company transactions.
Monitor actual versus budget variances monthly and analyze trends.
Create ad hoc reports and analyze data to resolve complex situational problems.
Analyze, reconcile, and prepare balance sheets, P&L, and other formal financial reports on a schedule.
Perform FI/COPA/BI data validation and discrepancy resolution.
Facilitate training classes on current and new functionalities.
Assist team with non‑complex technical issue resolutions; escalate complex issues as needed.
Manage contents of the BI Expense Cube and BI tools.
