Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of payroll experience.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Kronos and SAP payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Compile payroll data, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Balance payroll runs and process tax payments.
• Reconcile payroll figures and postings.
• Handle variance analysis and audits monthly/yearly.
• Maintain timesheets and handle deductions.
• Process additional pay types like bonuses and commissions.
• Train leaders on Kronos timekeeping as needed.
