Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, LLC is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst in Florida to prepare, analyze, and reconcile budgets and reports. The role includes deploying SAP BI tools across the company and supporting financial processes.

Candidate will develop budgets, monitor variances, and generate ad hoc reports while ensuring accuracy in balance sheets and P&L. A strong foundation in accounting and SAP ECC is required, with excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Experience in accounting systems and principles.
• Experience using SAP ECC Systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for labor, overhead, capital, headcount, sales and inter-company transactions.
• Monitor actual versus budget variances monthly and analyze trends.
• Create ad hoc reports and analyze data to resolve complex problems.
• Prepare elements of balance sheets, P&L, and other formal reports on a schedule.
• Perform FI/COPA/BI data validation and discrepancy resolution.
• Facilitate training on current and new SAP BI functionalities.
