Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Reconcile gross profits to monitor margin changes across periods.
• Monitor cost analysis of expenses with recap to determine cost impact.
• Reconcile General Ledger to verify accounts in the company ledger.
• Prepare tax filings and adhere to deadlines.
• Prepare journal entries to log transactions.
• Assist with year-end audit schedules.
• Participate in the assessment of financial controls under Sarbanes-Oxley and in process-improvement projects.
• Maintain detailed financial controls documentation and support design of control framework.
