- Oversee staff for banquet functions and ensure guest service.
- Manage cash handling, payments, and balance cash receipts.
- Assist with setup, service, and cleanup of banquets.
- Order supplies and coordinate with Purchasing and Housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and safety standards.
