We can only host students that are currently studying in Europe and students studying in the EU candidate countries, and those who can use the Erasmus traineeship program or have scholarships. Please note that our internship is unpaid.

Remember that Liberamente ETS is located in Italy, so those studying in Italy cannot apply.

The child educator in reception centers plays an essential role in supporting and caring for children who find themselves in situations of vulnerability or need. The responsibilities of the childhood educator in these contexts may include:

1. Emotional Support: Provide emotional support to children who may have been exposed to trauma or difficult experiences, creating a reassuring environment and encouraging emotional expressions.
2. Education and Development: Design and conduct educational and recreational activities that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children.
3. Individual Assistance: Pay particular attention to children's individual needs and provide personalized support according to their needs.
4. Collaboration with Other Professionals: Work in collaboration with psychologists, social workers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated support for children.
5. Involvement of Families: Involve children's families when possible and appropriate, encouraging communication and participation in the care and support of children.
6. Monitoring and Evaluation: Constantly monitor the well-being and development of children, evaluating their progress and making any changes to activities or support strategies based on their needs.

Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet usage.

The figure of psychologists in reception centers for migrants and asylum seekers is fundamental in providing emotional and psychological support to individuals who may have been exposed to trauma, violence, and extreme stress.

1. Psychological Assessment: Conduct initial and periodic assessments of the emotional and psychological state of migrants.
2. Individual Support: Provide individual emotional and psychological support through therapeutic conversations and counseling.
3. Group Support: Organize group support sessions to allow migrants to share their experiences and support each other.
4. Case Management: Work in collaboration with other workers in reception centers to ensure integrated case management.
5. Education and Awareness: Conduct education and awareness sessions on mental health issues and coping strategies.

Furthermore, the psychologist must create settings to establish an authentic contact with beneficiaries, which is essential for building an effective relationship.
