Job Opportunity: Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician

Adecco Milano is seeking a multi-skilled maintenance technician for a renowned luxury hotel chain with locations in Milan, Genoa, Venice, Florence, and Rome.

The selected candidate will join the maintenance team, reporting to the maintenance manager, and will be responsible for routine, preventive, and extraordinary maintenance of the entire facility.

Responsibilities include interventions on air conditioning/refrigeration systems, heating systems and heat pumps, plumbing and air treatment systems, Siemens VDA management systems (home automation), security and fire safety systems, lighting control in common areas, and audio/video management systems.

Candidate Profile:

• Preferably diploma in electrical/electronic or thermotechnical fields;
• Brief technical experience with hotel or industrial systems is appreciated;
• Motivated and committed to the role;
• Good organizational, problem-solving, reliability, flexibility, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team are essential.

Work Details:

Working hours: Day shifts from Monday to Sunday (five days work, two days off per cycle) + possible overtime paid separately, on-call rotation with the team.
