Your primary role as the Sales Lead Manager will be to create and manage incoming requests from potential customers, guiding them through a journey from initial interest to becoming satisfied customers. By providing exceptional support and personalized experiences, you'll ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

1. Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing to drive conversions
2. Research potential Key Account customers
3. Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams and operations to optimize lead generation efforts and enhance customer experience
5. Gain valuable experience with the opportunity to advance to an international team management role

• You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
• You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows

• You have previous experience working successfully in a remote & distributed team

• The ability to choose your work location—whether at home, the beach, or a coworking space
• Work just 2 hours a day, 5 days a week, with the flexibility to set your own schedule according to your free time plans
