You will manage inbound customer inquiries and be responsible for the entire sales process. An international customer experience company in Athens is hiring Inbound Sales Representatives for a global project starting 13 October 2025.
Location: Athens, Greece (on-site)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 08:0018:00
Start Date: 13 October 2025
Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
Provide accurate product information and guide users through purchase options
Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions
Manage the entire sales process from first contact to closing
Update CRM systems and maintain high service quality
Achieve and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
1560 base salary × 14 months
Performance bonus (uncapped)

Permanent contract
3 weeks of paid hotel accommodation near the office
Up to 300 relocation reimbursement (with first salary)
️ Full support with documents and local registration

Fluent in Italian (C1C2)
Good English skills (B1+)
