• Daily report to the project manager and client about the project progress.
• Compile all statistics or reports required by the client e.g. project progress, manpower and equipment (present / projected) statistics etc.
• Experienced in supervising a team of employees and subcontractors to safely carry out work in a complex environment.
• Complete technical explanation and guidance of WTG mechanical/electrical installation and resolve site and port mechanical/electrical installation problems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for site attendance, site induction, toolbox talks, accidents, goods received, weekly site records, site safety inspections, plant register records, scaffold report records, and all staff-related forms/administration.
• Control and implementation of all legal and site-specific HSE policies, including safety registers, equipment registers, incident reporting, disciplinary hearings, adjudication of skills and competency of manpower utilized, and monthly (reportable) safety audits.

• Relevant academic education (e.g. Engineering bachelor degree or similar).
• More than 3 years of experience in wind turbine construction business or EPC construction business, with good knowledge of wind turbine installation technology or EPC construction projects.
• Good knowledge and experience with HSE system and quality control system.
• Work well under pressure and have impressive stress management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
