We are looking for

A driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m / w / d) eager to contribute to our sales team's growth and success.

Your role in BizAway

  • Manage the full sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, at least for the first year.
  • Research and prospect new clients in the DACH region.
  • Conduct outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Present our solutions to various stakeholders (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
  • Lead negotiations from discovery to contract closure.
  • Forecast sales revenue and maintain visibility of your pipeline.
  • Act as an evangelist for our solutions, attending fairs and events as needed.
  • Define quarterly and annual OKRs with the sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and the sales team, providing and receiving feedback.
  • Propose strategies and campaigns to improve sales processes and support growth.

Your Basic Qualifications

  • Native German speaker with good English skills (written and spoken).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.
  • An accountable attitude : success depends on you.
  • Hunger for challenges and continuous improvement.
  • Proactivity in proposing solutions and learning from mistakes.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
