Join our Italian team as a Sales Manager and be at the forefront of revolutionizing how advertisers and agencies achieve measurable results.

What You'll Do:
  1. Drive New Business: proactively identifying and winning new clients within media agencies
  2. Showcase Value: Articulate and sell IAS's full suite of measurement, optimization, and ROI solutions to agencies
  3. Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across agencies and brands in the region, building a strong coverage for our central/south of Italy clients.
  4. Achieve Targets: Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals as a key member of the region's top-performing sales team
  5. Lead the Conversation: Participate in industry events, webinars, and thought leadership opportunities to evangelize IAS's value proposition
  6. Collaborate to Succeed: Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success to develop tailored growth strategies for key business portfolios
  7. Be Accountable: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide insightful reporting on sales activities and forecasts
What we are looking for:
  1. Hunter Mentality: You love the chase and thrive on winning
  2. Energetic Approach: You bring energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to everything you do
  3. Proven Success: A track record of smashing sales quotas and developing strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  4. Industry Expertise: at least 4 years experience selling solutions into media agencies, brands & trading desks, with a solid understanding of the ad tech landscape.
  5. Sales Skills: Confidence in leading client meetings, strategic business reviews, and data analysis with finesse
  6. Accountability: Experience in delivering accurate and consistent sales forecasting using tools like Salesforce
  7. Team Spirit: Collaborative and fun to work with, you'll fit right into IAS's high-performing sales culture
  8. Ability to travel: Ability to travel frequently, in particular to client and team meetings in Rome and Milan (this position can be located in Milan or Rome)
  9. Language Skills: Fluent English and Italian language skills
