Google Milan seeks a Video and Incentive Specialist for a 6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract. You will build real-time dashboards, consolidate international data, and automate reporting to support LCS workflows across regions. Fluent English and Italian are required to engage with partners and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a strong eye for detail in a fast-paced advertising environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
• Experience building data visualizations and dashboards using business intelligence tools (Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau or advanced spreadsheets).
• Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations for real-time visibility to cross‑functional teams.
• Gather international partner information and organize disparate data into centralized automated data flows.
• Develop and deploy automated reporting pipelines and scripts to reduce manual tracking.
• Manage end-to-end agreement request processes across global teams.
