U.S. Navy Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks a Child and Youth Program Leader to provide direct care and instruction for children and youth from 6 weeks to 18 years, while mentoring CY Program Assistants and collaborating with supervisors on program development.

The role emphasizes mentoring, curriculum design, and ensuring compliance with DoD standards and installation policies within CYP environments.

Competenze

• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate programs to meet physical, emotional, social, and cognitive needs.
• Ability to train and mentor CY Program Assistants and staff.
• Skills to develop curriculum outlines and lesson plans/guides.

Mansioni

• Mentor CY Program Assistant team and provide instruction.
• Plan activities for participants based on observed needs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DoD and local policies.
• Coordinate with T&C Specialist on professional development.
