U.S. Navy Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) Naples seeks a CYP Assistant to engage and supervise children and youth, focusing on social skills, healthy choices, and readiness during program activities.

You will support curriculum planning, supervise indoor/outdoor spaces, and coordinate with families and staff to maintain safety and well-being. The role involves creating developmentally appropriate activities, following DoD policies, and contributing to program evaluation.

Competenze

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to promote and foster effective working relationships with children, youth, and coworkers.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
• Six months of experience working with children or youth in a child and youth setting.
• One year of experience working with children or youth in a child and youth setting.
