EVERIENCE in Lombardia seeks a technical professional with transversal skills in Workplace and Infrastructure to manage IT environments and user support. The candidate will work with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure, and will understand network protocols and VPN connections.

You will administer the Microsoft 365 environment, ensure user support, provide 1st and 2nd line technical support on Workplace and Infrastructure topics, and configure workstations.

Competenze

• Experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure.
• Knowledge of network protocols and VPN connections.
• Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting activities.
• Technical support of first and second level on Workplace and Infrastructure topics.

Mansioni

• Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 environment and user support.
• Provide first and second line technical support on Workplace and Infrastructure topics and support workstation configuration and maintenance.
• Handle on-call duties on a rotating schedule and be available for remote work on specific shifts.

Role Overview

We are looking for a technical figure with transversal skills in Workplace and Infrastructure to manage the operational management of IT environments and user support. The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure, as well as knowledge of network protocols and VPN connections.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring user support and correct service delivery. They will also be responsible for technical support of first and second level on Workplace and Infrastructure topics, and preparation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations.
