Arrow Electronics is seeking a Workplace AI Enablement & Collaboration Engineer in Milan to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform and automation services across the organization. You will lead discovery workshops, design scalable workplace solutions, and ensure secure, compliant deployment of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
You will partner with business stakeholders, deliver hands-on engineering and governance, and enable a global workforce through
Competenze
- 5–7 years in Microsoft 365, digital workplace or collaboration engineering.
- Hands-on admin experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
- Experience with Copilot or workplace AI and related governance.
- Ability to translate security and compliance requirements into enablement guidance.
Mansioni
- Identify high-value AI, automation and collaboration use cases with stakeholders.
- Lead discovery and solution design workshops translating needs into technical solutions.
- Develop PoCs, prototypes and reference solutions using Microsoft 365 tools.
- Create templates, libraries and enablement materials for scalable adoption.
- Drive adoption through training, communications and change initiatives.
- Monitor adoption metrics and translate into business impact.
