Arrow Electronics in Milan, IT is seeking a Workplace AI Enablement & Collaboration Engineer to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform and automation services. You will partner with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, lead discovery and solution design workshops, and deliver secure, scalable workplace solutions across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.

Competenze

5–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365, digital workplace or collaboration engineering.
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online), Power Platform and PowerShell.
1–2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or workplace AI, including prompt development and adoption support.
Strong governance, security and compliance knowledge for Microsoft 365.
Fluent written and spoken English; ability to lead workshops and produce professional documentation.

Identify high-value AI, automation and collaboration use cases with stakeholders and translate into actionable plans.
Lead discovery and solution design workshops, translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
Develop proofs of concept, rapid prototypes and reusable templates using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Provide hands-on engineering, administration, troubleshooting and lifecycle management for Microsoft 365 services.
