SoftwareOne is seeking an AI & Automation Specialist to identify automation opportunities, design AI-driven solutions, and accelerate Copilot and Power Platform adoption across the organization. You will partner with business and technology teams to streamline processes, boost productivity, and drive digital transformation using low-code/no-code tools.

You will design, develop, and implement automation solutions, build Copilot-based use cases like chatbots and agentic workflows, and support

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and at least one of GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and standard or custom connectors.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including exposure to Azure OpenAI or other AI services.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or C#, along with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding business processes across functions such as finance, HR, sales, and operations, with experience identifying automation opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate , Power Apps , Dataverse , Copilot Studio , and at least one of GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure , including exposure to Azure OpenAI or other AI services
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or C# , along with GitHub , Azure DevOps , and CI/CD practices
• Understanding business processes across functions such as finance, HR, sales, and operations , with experience identifying automation and optimization opportunities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver automation solutions in international, cross-functional environments
• Nice-to-have experience with Microsoft Fabric , Power BI , Power Platform governance, security and compliance , enterprise-scale automation or AI adoption programs
• R elevant Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, AI-900, or similar) will be a plus
