The World Food Programme (WFP) seeks an HRMOI Org & Security Analyst (Consultant) to strengthen Workday data integrity, governance, and security configurations across the HR platform. You will cleanse and align organizational datasets, harmonize data between Workday and WINGS, and support role-based security mappings and access review cycles.

Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, you will drive audit readiness, validate role mappings, and mitigate risks from system changes

Competenze

• Requires hands-on experience with HR systems, particularly Workday, including configuration, data management, or process improvement.
• Experience with HR digital transformation or system enhancement projects.
• Ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of organizational structure and position management within complex or global environments.

Mansioni

• Cleanses and aligns organizational datasets within Workday and harmonizes data with WINGS.
• Implements and reviews Workday security configurations, including role-based access.
• Supports access review cycles and audit readiness activities.
• Identifies and mitigates segregation of duties conflicts and risks from system changes.
• Maintains thorough documentation of mass data maintenance activities.
