The World Food Programme seeks a HRMOI Org & Security Analyst (Consultant) based in Rome to strengthen data integrity and security for HR systems. You will drive organization data cleansing, align structures between Workday and WINGS, and support audits and access controls.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in HR or IT, hands‑on Workday experience, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in English and knowledge of another official UN language or Portuguese are preferred.

Competenze

Advanced university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics or Finance, or first level university degree with relevant work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or IT, with hands‑on Workday exposure.
Knowledge of corporate information systems, including HR data management, and familiarity with SAP HR and Workday.

Mansioni

Clean, harmonize, and align organizational data in Workday; ensure data integrity and governance compliance.
Harmonize organizational and position data across Workday and WINGS, aligning HQ and Country Office structures.
Perform end‑to‑end mass data maintenance across ETL phases with traceability.
Support security configurations: role‑based and user‑based access, SoD conflict identification and remediation.
Assist audit readiness with documentation, role mappings, and remediation of findings.
